Age and ID
Gateway Casinos Sudbury admits guests who are 19 or older and carry valid government-issued photo ID. Anyone 21 or younger must also bring a second piece of identification with their name on it. One card alone does not meet the rule at that age.
Ontario law sets the minimum age at 19. No one under that age may enter or stay in a gaming site, casino or online, except staff at work. People who are trespassed or self-excluded from Gateway Casinos Sudbury may not visit. The same holds for a trespass or self-exclusion at any other Ontario gaming property.

Accessibility on request
The casino is accessible to customers with disabilities. Wheelchairs, accessible formats and communication supports are available on request. It also has an Accessible Customer Service policy. Anyone who needs one of these supports can call 705-855-7164 before a visit and ask how to arrange it. This guide takes no requests itself: the number belongs to the casino, not to the Bonin Road desk.
Cash and the rewards card
Bank machines (ABMs) are on site, and so is currency exchange. My Club Rewards is the casino's membership card, and it costs nothing. It is set up at the Guest Services desk with valid ID. Once a guest has the card, points are collected at the slot machines. This independent guide has no part in the program and holds no member records.
